One to one support - Account management

Our Account managers provide specialist one-to-one support for the implementation and testing of specific ATO services. Your Account manager will work with you to make sure that you get the answers and information you need. As your direct contact with us, your Account manager will provide a high-quality, personalised service through phone, email and occasionally face to face.  

This person will be your ‘go-to’ for any technical questions about Business Implementation Guides (BIGs), Message Implementation Guides (MIGs) and other technical documentation. They are also your direct contact to ATO business areas for non-technical project questions. The service also includes, but is not limited to:

  • the management of incident resolution
  • investigating concerns
  • managing responses to queries
  • managing ad hoc interactions
  • escalating and informing priorities
  • managing certification and processes.
