The Budget 2020–21External link was released on Tuesday 6 October 2020.

The measures announced as part of the Budget 2020–21 are subject to receiving royal assent and are therefore not yet law.

While we provide input on tax and superannuation policies, the Australian Government is responsible for the legislation. We then administer the legislation on the government's behalf.
