Description

Two new ATO Secure Token Service (STS) certificates have been scheduled for deployment at 8.00pm AEDT on Thursday 19 March.

The current certificates are set to expire on Friday 27 March.

The new certificates are now available for you to download from SBR ShareFile (login required).

In the EVTE (SBR1 and SBR2) environment, the certificate name is softwareauthorisation.acc.ato.gov.au.

In the PROD (SBR1 and SBR2) environment, the certificate name is softwareauthorisation.ato.gov.au.

To ensure continuity of service you may need to install the new certificates, depending on whether your application accepts new certificates without intervention or has implemented certificate pinning.

Once the new certificates have been deployed, they will replace the old certificates, and the old certificates can no longer be used.

To confirm that the right certificates have been obtained, or if you have any questions, email the SBR Service Desk or phone 1300 488 231.

You can also email the Digital Partnership Office or contact via Online services for DSPs.
