Our offices will close for the festive season from Friday 21 December 2018 5.00pm AEDT to Wednesday 2 January 2019 8.00am AEDT.

Our Known outages page will have details of upcoming maintenance we have planned at the time of our closure, including January maintenance. This page will not be updated during our closure period.

We will not issue Digital service providers alerts to notify you of significant unplanned systems incidents during the office closure.

If you are working during our office closure period:

  • Check the Known outages and SBR current status pages for Standard Business Reporting (SBR) planned maintenance and issues.
  • For general enquiries, the SBR Service Desk will close Monday 24 December 7.00pm and re-open Wednesday 2 January 2019 7.00am AEDT. However, for urgent ATO SBR systems incidents you can still phone 1300 488 231.

Our last issue of the Digital service providers newsletter will be in the week of 17 December 2018, and will commence again in mid-January 2019.
