Description:

We are currently reviewing in Access Manager all records for nominations of a Cloud Service Provider, to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of the Cloud software authentication and authorisation (CAA) solution.

According to guidelines within the Cloud software authentication and authorisation web page and the CAA software developer information kit (PDF, 1.05MB), a ‘SoftwareID’ is a unique ID that is used to identify each unique subscription or instance of software and is automatically generated by the software. For further clarification refer to the CAA Software developer information kit, Appendix A - CAA - Detailed Design.

Any digital service providers believed to be non-compliant will be contacted by the Digital Partnership Office (DPO). The DSP will be required to explain the discrepancies and remediate where necessary.

If you have questions or concerns contact us via DPO@ato.gov.au
