The Operational Framework Review (OPF) working group discussed the Independent Operational Framework Review outcomes and Digital Service Provider feedback. This included timeframes and next steps to engage with DSPs to explore technical solutions and opportunities to improve documentation within four focus groups.

The first webinar was held on Wednesday 21 October 2020 at 1.30pm AEDT and materials are available below.

Digital service providers can provide feedback or ask questions by raising a ticket in Online Services for DSPs or email: DPO@ato.gov.au.
