Description

You can now access Online services for DSPs when authorised as a Basic myGovID user. This can benefit you if you’re an overseas-based digital service provider or don’t have the required Australian identity documents to achieve a Standard myGovID.

To access Online services for DSPs with a Basic myGovID, at least one person in your organisation must have a Standard myGovID and be linked as an authorisation administrator or principal authority in Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM).

Follow these steps to set up and become an authorised Basic myGovID user to  access Online services for DSPs:

  • set up your Basic myGovID - download the myGovID app and add your name, personal email and date of birth.
  • ask your principal authority or authorisation administrator to authorise you in RAM as a Basic user - they must select Online services for Digital Partners (not ATO) in the agency access details section.
  • log in to RAM using your myGovID to accept your authorisation within 7 days - you’ll receive your authorisation code via email once you’ve been authorised.
  • log in to Online services for DSPs and complete the relevant registration form for Basic myGovID holders – either an SBR developer or New contact.

Once your registration is processed, you’ll have access to some common request types as well as controlled information and vendor profiles in Online services for DSPs.
