STP Parent adjustment service working group – 15 October 2020

At this meeting the discussion points were:

• The terms of reference were sent out pre-meeting. These were discussed and agreed to with no objections.
• The purpose of the working group was discussed – engagement with DSPs to better understand what is required to support them was discussed.
• Several issues and problems were identified and discussed, including the need for a service that can support updating employer level information, and clarifying whether there would be a benefit for using the adjustment service.
• Action items were created and the need for further investigation was identified.
