Recently we said a final farewell to all AUSkeys, with our new authentication and authorisation services – myGovID, Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM) and machine credentials (M2M) now being used by tax and superannuation digital service providers (DSPs).

Together, these new services offer a flexible, easy and secure way to access our online services and interact with government online services through SBR-enabled software.

A range of support and guidance material is available to help you if you need assistance using the new credentials. Or if you have any questions, you can contact us via Online services for DSPs or email

Digital Partnership Office Assistant Commissioner Martin Mane thanked DSPs for their time and effort in making the move to the new services.

“The vast majority of you have successfully made the move to update your software products and services to support our new credentials, and also installed them for your own use,” Martin said.

“We appreciate your ongoing commitment to delivering products and services that help support all Australians, particularly during these difficult times. We also have a range of COVID-19-related support available to help both you and your business,” he said.
