The Online services for Digital service providers (DSPs) webinar will be held on Thursday 22 November from 2.00pm to 3.00pm AEDT.
The webinar will cover the following topics:
- overview of the service
- how to join
- accessibility requirements, including AUSkey setup, authentication and permissions
- how to submit a ticket
- how to view your open/closed tickets and request an update
- how to view your vendor profile page
- transition timeframes for Tier 1 and Tier 2 DSPs
We will open the session to questions. You can send your questions in advance by emailing the Digital Partnership Office (DPO).
