The IITR Profile Compare service is now in production and available for whitelisting. We will continue to keep you informed of any updates and advise you of our plans to communicate the availability of this service to your users.

Since the introduction of the real-time analytics (RTA) function into myTax the ATO has worked with digital service providers (DSPs), tax professionals and internal stakeholders towards the delivery of the RTA service for tax agents.
The Individual Income Tax Return Profile service has been available in EVTE since mid-October and will be released into production and made available for white-listing in coming weeks,
The IITR Profile Compare service is new functionality for tax agents acting on behalf of individuals. The service provides tax agents with a facility to make discretionary calls to the ATO. Where applicable based on the submitted tax return information, a message will be returned to the tax agent to assist them in completing the client’s tax return.
This service provides messaging for clients for the following risk areas:
- Work-related expenses
- Interest and dividend income
- Cost of managing tax affairs
- Other deductions label.
