To help us understand what we’re doing well and where we can improve our services, the ATO’s Client Community Confidence survey is now available for you to complete.
Our annual Client Community Confidence survey measures and tracks client perceptions and confidence across all services the ATO provides.
This year the survey questionnaire for digital service providers (DSPs) has been tailored to ensure it aligns with how you interact with us in relation to areas such as the DSP Operational Framework, Online Services for DSPs, and our systems and engagement activities.
The survey was sent via email to all Digital Partnership Office-registered DSPs on 10 October 2019 (from firstname.lastname@example.org). If you didn’t receive it and you would like to complete the survey contact us via Online services for DSPs or email the DPO.
We encourage you to complete the survey to help us deliver better support and improved services to you.
