This register provides a randomised list of commercially available software products, which enable employers to process super contributions in line with SuperStream standards and Payday Super from 1 July 2026. The register is voluntary and only includes products where details have been provided to the ATO, it does not list all commercially available products.
We do not recommend or endorse any of the products listed on this register. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information that is contained within the register, as this is provided by the respective organisations.
We recommend you independently verify the details of products and carefully review any applicable product terms and conditions before use.
You may choose to use this register as an initial tool to support your decision making in finding a super enabled product that suits your business needs. The software products in this register may provide additional functionality beyond the scope of SuperStream standards, for example to support the management of employer obligations. To identify and compare all Single Touch Payroll (STP) software specifically, see the Product register and filter by STP. How to use this register
- Entering terms into the search box will filter the register – use full phrases over individual words for an accurate result e.g. searching ‘verification’ will display products that have member verification and member verification outcomes available as its result, searching ‘member verification outcomes’ will only display results that have Member verification outcomes provided (it will not display results that show member verification available).
- N/A has been used where the functionality is not available or not applicable in the product.
- Clicking on the ‘+’ next to the product name will display more information about the product including ABN, website link, and if the product supports some key SuperStream functions.
- The register will randomise the sort order every time it is opened. If searching for a product you know by name, clicking on the column header will sort it alphabetically.

Understanding the register’s fields
This section provides information on what each of the options available in the register’s fields means, except the ABN and Website fields.
Product and Organisation name
Identifies the name of the product and the organisation that provides the software. The product and organisation name are separated by a new line.
Provider type
Identifies whether the product offers payroll or clearing house services. A product can offer both functionalities, where this occurs, organisations may have multiple listings in the register.
- Payroll provider: Supports employers to calculate their employee super contributions. They may also offer functionality to verify an employee’s information, send appropriate SuperStream messages and/or make payments.
- Clearing house: Supports employers to process employee super contributions in a single, consolidated transaction. Employers make one payment and submit one data file, and the clearing house distributes the funds to each employee's nominated account.
- Messaging service provider: Prepares and sends employee super contribution data files for employers that are compliant with SuperStream standards. Employers make payments directly to funds.
Payroll providers may partner with a clearing house to support employers end to end, which is identified in the clearing house partnership field.
Clearing house providers listed on this register must hold an Australian Financial Services License to be listed on this register.
Super contribution payment
Identifies whether the product supports payments such as BPAY, direct debit, etc. The product’s ability to support the New Payments Platform (NPP) is listed in the NPP – fast payment support field.
The register will indicate if the product supports sending super contribution payments. You should contact the provider to confirm how the payments are managed.
NPP - fast payment
The New Payments Platform (NPP) is a real-time payments platform used across Australia. The NPP improves how quickly a contribution can be received by employees’ super funds. See faster payments of contributions.
The register will indicate whether the product supports NPP. You may need to contact the provider to confirm how fast payments are implemented and if NPP is supported end to end.
Voluntary disclosure
The voluntary disclosure for Payday Super allows employers to report late or unpaid super guarantee contributions, which can reduce an employer's final super guarantee charge. The register will indicate if the provider has advised the ATO of their plans to offer the voluntary disclosure statement in their software for 1 July 2027.
This service is not currently available for software providers as it is still under development, and this field will indicate TBA (to be advised) until the service is available for providers to build into software.
You can still lodge voluntary disclosure statements through ATO Online Services or via mail.
Clearing house partnership
The register will indicate whether the product has a relationship with a clearing house. You can contact the payroll provider for details on the clearing house partner/s. If you are seeking a separate clearing house, you can search this register using the provider type field.
This field is relevant to payroll providers only.
Super contributions data
The super contributions data functionality transmits contributions details from the employer to the super fund, administrator or clearing house. This is also known as the Contributions Transaction Request (CTR).
The register will indicate if the product supports generating contributions data. The product may also support sending the data. You should contact the provider to confirm how the data is managed and degree of functionality offered.
Super contributions data errors
When contributions data is sent, the super fund does not provide a response if the outcome is successful. If the outcome is not successful/unable to be processed, an error will be returned from the super fund to advise why it was not successful and provide details.
The register will indicate if the product can provide an error response. You should contact the provider to confirm how responses are managed e.g. you may need to go outside your product to confirm why the outcome was not successful and what action is required.
Member (employee) verification
The Member Verification Request (MVR) will allow your product to verify that an employee's super fund details are valid, and the fund can accept a super contribution.
The register will indicate if the product supports member verification requests.
Member (employee) verification outcome response
When a member request is made, a response will be sent from the super fund. The response will confirm whether the employee matches an active account and the fund can accept your contributions for that employee.
If a super fund cannot accept contributions, the response will let you know why.
The register will indicate if the product can provide the response. You should contact the provider to confirm how responses are managed e.g. you may need to go outside your product to confirm details.
Withholding payer number (WPN)
The register will indicate if the product supports clients who use a WPN as their client identifier (instead of an ABN or TFN). This is relevant to payroll providers only.
