Additional SBR2 gateway in the cloud information session – 17 August 2017

This session was held to offer support and ensure a smooth transition, for interested participants, to the second gateway. An additional information session was held on 22 August 2017.

The session covered questions such as:

• What will the cloud solution provide?
• What technical changes are required?
• What support and service levels will be provided?
• What security and risk management controls are in place?

We also covered reporting and monitoring services as well as engagement and deployment planning.
