The final payee information statement formats and instructions have been published below.

These documents were developed in collaboration with digital service providers (DSPs) and are intended to be used as standard formats should DSPs want to provide their clients with the option of producing an information statement to advise payees what has been reported to the ATO in a Taxable payments annual report.

Providing information of reported taxable payments to payees is voluntary and not required by law. Therefore the format of the information statement does not need to adhere to these examples.
