At this meeting the main discussion points were:

Overview of the Business inbox

The Business inbox is a whole-of-government (WofG) solution for businesses to receive correspondence from government agencies. The wholesale solution will use the Digital Services Gateway (DSG).

The ATO and ABRS will be the first government agencies to adopt the Business inbox.

Timelines for delivery

Discussion is ongoing with the group about proposed timeframes for delivery.

Retail solution

A walkthrough of the proposed retail solution was provided. 5 APIs and interaction capabilities have been identified for co-design.
