What is the SuperMatch Service

The SuperMatch service is an online service that may be used by superannuation funds, superannuation administrators and their intermediaries (excluding SMSF’s) to obtain a full list of super accounts and any ATO-held super that belong to their members.

SuperMatch requests are processed via Standard Business Reporting ebMS for either single or batch requests.

Review of SuperMatch Use of Service

The ATO has been conducting an ongoing review of the use of the SuperMatch Service, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. Following this review, we have released versions 8.0 of the Terms and Conditions and User Guide below.
