Practitioner lodgment service focus group - generic error messaging and ATO business processes during an incident

This focus group has been set up to explore options in the event of future systems issues, with a focus on:

• changing the error message when a software product sends a transmission for a service it is not whitelisted for, and
• engaging with the industry to develop a business process to decide when to de-whitelist a service for a software product during a major incident.
