A detailed list of all changes can be found in the section "Changes in this version of the specification" within the published specification.
In the Treasury Legislation Amendment (Unclaimed Money and Other Measures) Act 2012, which received Royal Assent on 4 December 2012, a deferral for super funds to report and pay unclaimed super for small and insoluble lost member accounts in respect of the 31 December 2012 unclaimed money day was granted to 31 May 2013.
To assist super funds with their reporting obligations, the ATO is also granting a deferral to report and pay unclaimed super money (USM) general accounts and report lost member accounts on the lost member statement to 31 May 2013.
Reporting and payment obligations for the half year ending on 31 December 2012 are as follows:

USM General:

USM small and insoluble lost member | 31 May 2013 |
Lost member statement | 31 May 2013 |
Please note that the scheduled statement date for USM statements for former temporary residents has not changed, and remains at 30 April 2013.
Future unclaimed super money and lost member reporting after this transitional period will revert to the usual 31 October and 30 April due dates.
