Document interchange system (DIS) specification v11.28

This specification is current at the latest date shown in the 'Summary of changes' but it may be amended at any time without prior notice. Only those persons and companies who have been sent copies by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) will be notified of changes.

Attention

This specification supersedes, and has some minor differences from Version 11.27.  Access to DIS for the 2013/14 financial year will require an implementation based on Version 11.27 (access thru AnyConnect).  However, Version 11.26 (access thru old VPNClient) may still be available depending on client upgrades and fixes.

Changes in 11.28

This release contains information regarding the use of a VPN device (Cisco ASA 5505) solution to connect to the radius servers.

This release also contains minor grammatical changes throughout and replacing AnyConnect VPN Client with the term AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client.



It should be noted that AnyConnect  is not supported by Cisco on Windows 2008 and 2012 Server (Terminal Services) or any other server environment. It is only supported on workstations.  For these server environments, a VPN device (Cisco ASA 5505) solution should be used to connect to the radius servers.
