Payment variation advice (PVA) statement specification v3.2.2

A Final electronic reporting specification Payment variation advice (PVA) statement version 3.2.2 has been released. Tracked and clean versions have been provided for your information.

This specification is to be used in the development of software for the electronic lodgment of Payment variation advice statements.

The Electronic Commerce Interface (ECI) is closing and this draft of the PVA electronic reporting specification details the replacement channel and the requirements that will enable super providers, suppliers and tax agents to lodge PVA statements via online services.

Changes to the specification

• Removed ECI references throughout the whole specification and replaced with online services.
• Added notice that myGovID will replace AUSkey as the required credential in March 2020.
• Added alert boxes detailing that FHSA has been decommissioned and that related values for Contribution type and Reporting specification version number are no longer supported by the ATO.
